Bought this chair in January 2020. On arrival I noticed it was a bit flimsy than most chairs but for the price it was about what I expected. The chair is used a few times a week at a home office desk. The first thing that struck me was that the chair is designed to recline and doesn't have a handle to prevent it from reclining. When I first leaned back I was nervous that it wouldn't hold, it was very springy. Fast forward to April 2021 when someone still saw little use, sat in a chair and reclined in their chair. The thin, poorly designed bracket where the chair meets the metal base snapped off and the man was thrown backwards. Trip to the ER later injured I contacted Revain to inquire about the warranty. They said it had a one year warranty but the phone number they gave the manufacturer was not a furniture company. The company name consisted of three initials for which Google had hundreds of results. The file does not contain an email. ** NO WARRANTY CLAIM **. Be careful when you buy this chair, if you can make modifications so no one leans back in it.
