I like that it's easy to use for both new users as well as those who are familiar with other tools in our organization. It has almost everything we need but there were some features missing or not fully developed (e.g., work item types). We have been using this product since its early days when they had just started developing their version 1 which was very buggy back then! So far so good now - no major issues after 5 years usage; however if you're looking at alternatives make sure your needs include all aspects mentioned above because otherwise things can get messy pretty quickly once requirements change/change scope etc..
