Great tool and great service, highly recommended
I like that it's easy to use for both new users as well as those who are familiar with other tools in our organization. It has almost everything we need but there were some features missing or not fully developed (e.g., work item types). We have been using this product since its early days when they had just started developing their version 1 which was very buggy back then! So far so good now - no major issues after 5 years usage; however if you're looking at alternatives make sure your needs include all aspects mentioned above because otherwise things can get messy pretty quickly once requirements change/change scope etc.. - Easy integration within Microsoft products such Word, Excel
- Ability manage tasks from any point without having too much trouble setting up task items correctly.
- Able assign permissions according user groups instead requiring manual intervention every time someone changes team membership due an organizational shift
- Integration across multiple projects makes managing resources easier than traditional tooling used by PMO departments
