I love that I can take my LH with me everywhere. I personally think the size is just right for me. Some say they found it difficult to place the ashes in the tiny urn. I used the box and cut the foam that came with the necklace to hold the urn upright. I dispense VERY small amounts through the included funnel and don't have to clean up the mess. I was really surprised to see more ashes in the urn than I thought I would give to some of the previous reviewers. The only negative would be the chain, but for the price I can't complain. I just replaced it with another chain I had.
