Edit: The company contacted me and offered a refund plus compensation as my return date had already passed. So I changed my 2 star rating to 5 just because the customer service is amazing. The product itself was not up to scratch but their willingness to rectify the situation makes me feel better as a customer. Initial Feedback: I received this at the end of November 2019 and here we are in March 2020 and our last cable has failed. All 3 cables are not working now. Every time it is plugged in, we get a popup asking us to check the socket and the cable. This has happened to ALL cords no matter what outlet they are plugged into. We even changed the adapter that holds the cable. They all stopped working. Very disappointing. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because they were good cables when they worked. But the fact that they all stopped within a few months (the first one stopped after a month) doesn't excite me. So I will go to another seller/company for new cables as I cannot return them or even get a refund or replacement. Damn.
