I recently bought a new M1 MacBook Air and was looking for a case to protect it. I usually buy a laptop bag but I like the metallic look so I went for a tote bag. This bag is perfect for my work, looks professional, fits in my laptop bag and is easier to transport due to its low profile. While my laptop was in a bag, I accidentally dropped it from waist height and the laptop didn't even make a sound (experiment it yourself, of course). The inside of the case is made of soft microfiber with a subtle header to protect laptops like this one. There is also additional material (about 2 inches or 5 cm) on the top of the bag that you can place on top of your laptop to hold it in place. Unfortunately, this laptop sleeve doesn't have any additional pockets to store necessary accessories, which is a pretty big drawback, but it does manage the aforementioned low profile. Ultimately, it's great for travel, secure enough, and offers enough protection for my use! I would recommend this to anyone with a similar laptop that needs a small form factor.
