Everyone said to over a size up
This bathing suit was a struggle! The top is the right fit but the bottoms are huge! I’m a 32D up too but my waist is way to small for the bottoms. If your bigger chested a medium in needed but the bottoms will not fit if you have a small waist. I’m usually a small in bottoms. I almost think I’d be an XS in these ones. Definitely not for big chested small waist girls…
