This is basically a very good little machine; BUT, if you happen to receive a defective device that's past Revain's return date (30 days) and you have an issue with Jardin, the parent company will do essentially NOTHING for you. I bought my SECOND identical breadmaker to replace an old one that worked fine for a few years but finally broke on June 11th, 2017. Yesterday, November 9th, a new bread maker broke down. Machine stops, beeps continuously and displays error code EEE, temperature sensing circuit error. I called Jardine on their 800 number and after some troubleshooting I was told the problem was that the room temperature was too high and this was causing the error. We reset the error code by holding the power button. I had already tried something like this without success when the device initially failed. Since I felt the problem was an intermittent failure rather than room temperature (at the time 70 degree fall sunshine, a California day) I asked them to replace the car as the problem was clearly intermittent and the car was only five months old. I was politely told no.
