If you own a motorcycle or tricycle like me and have a toy van or cargo trailer to transport your bike, this product is a MUST HAVE! Installed yourself in 45 minutes. Put the bike in the trailer, put the plate on the ground. Mark where the plate is on the floor. Drill 2 holes in the bottom. Crawl under the plates with nuts and bolts. Install the screws through the plate on the floor and tighten the screws. It's installed. Attach the bar to the bike frame and drive into the plate up to the trailer and bike locks. Check that the handlebars are securely attached to the bike. Close the trailer and leave. I rode 50 miles after installation and stopped to check if my trike had moved an inch. I rode pretty bumpy roads and not a single trike movement! best of all NO BELT! If necessary, the panel can be removed from the floor, the panels with nuts are screwed into the floor and will not fall off. Do yourself a favor and buy it.
