I like that you can customize which emails get deleted when they are identified as SPAM or JUNK mailboxes. It's not perfect but we find this product useful for managing our incoming junk/spam mailbox without having to go through every spam message individually. The interface could be improved by allowing users more control over how messages are processed (e.g., moving them into another folder). We use the program primarily in conjunction with Google Apps where all outgoing email is filtered for us. This helps keep outbound spam off my personal Gmail account so that if there were any problems sending via G Suite then only one person would have been affected instead of everyone who uses their own devices.
