Wow that is NOT good quality. Aside from the cute rhinestone design, the rest of the product is pretty terrible. Definitely not worth the advertised price. The ring it hangs from is crumpled so it won't even fit on a chain without repair. The heart is not domed but flattened (dome in the heart). I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that, but it doesn't look good and it didn't look like it in the photos. It had a strange little transparent heart insert, which is not even in the shape of a heart. As you can see from the picture, the hook doesn't even fully close in the closed position. So literally useless! I'm sending this back. Almost not worth the price.
