Yes, they fit 2.5 " flat bars.

I really like this. Slate Blue or Smoke Blue. They fit a 2.5 inch flat bar. I was concerned about this and also worried that the sewing pattern would cause them to look wrinkled even after ironing, which isn't a problem either. Love the rear tabs (and don't have to replace existing bars). You get a pleated curtain-like look without the fuss. I was wrong thinking that one topper would be enough for a standard window width, but two are needed for the crinkle effect.
