DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES! ZERO(0) STARS FROM ME!

This computer has not worked properly since day one. Also, the LAPTOP I received is not the same as the PICTURE. THE ONE I RECEIVED IS ALL SILVER. INCLUDING THE KEYS, BUT I ALSO Omitted It. BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM COMES INTO PLAY When my 10 year old told me the computer keeps shutting down, I initially thought it was the battery or hibernation. I contacted this seller and he said to check/change the settings. I did this and the same day the screen went blank again and started flashing. I shot a video of this malfunction and contacted the seller and requested a REFUND/REFUND with seller AGREED. However, by this point it has been 2 weeks and Revain has a 30 day return policy. As a result, I was unable to receive a return label. I then called Revain and they said they would contact the seller and the seller would email me a return label. I then received an email from the seller saying they are not accepting returns as this is outside of AMAZON's 30 day window. Remember this was after they agreed to the return and it was day 32, not 62 but day 32! THEY REPLY TO CONTACT HP TO FIX IT! I've attached a video showing the computer going blank and then the screen flashing! Yes, this computer is garbage! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
