Shortly after I ordered them I received a message saying they are a small family business and appreciate any feedback. I thought it was cute and replied that I broke them right after opening them because I was trying to squeeze them a bit so they were snug on the temples. It was my fault so I didn't ask for a refund or anything but it was a bit surprising how easily they broke. I wore them for a bit more but they quickly fell apart with the small plastic broken. When I replied to their first email, I just got back a very obvious bulk reply that had nothing to do with my reply. I gave up and didn't want to leave this negative review but today I received another massive email asking for a 5 star review as this is a small family business and lives by reviews. I've provided feedback, all I've gotten have been auto-responses, and I'm reverting to my sturdy black-framed Home Depot goggles.
