Photos show how it was packaged when removed from the box (packaged very securely to avoid damage in transit). The purse was a little wrinkled so I stuffed it with pajamas (2nd photo) to shape it. I leave it there for a few days. And in the 3rd photo is the wallet after it has been filled. The hanging pendant was not attached; I had to put it there and it's ok. The handbag is beautiful, looks very elegant and I like its style. As other people have said, there was a slight odor when the bag was first opened, but that is already dissipating. I wiped in some tea towels. The only "problem" I have with this beautiful and VERY functional bag is that it is much smaller than I expected. I could fit my iPad mini and wallet in it, which is good, but it's not as big as I'd like. If you look at the photo of the model you could be wrong as it is clearly SMALL which makes the bag look bigger. As I need to stop carrying so much in my purse this is a good size. A book fits in there, so it's all right. I took off one star because of the weird smell and the size. If we could give half marks it would be a 4.5 star rating. Highly recommended!
