VERY bright.: Camera and photo

I mainly use my GoPro as a webcam for work meetings and sometimes when I play with friends. Usually the problem is that when I'm in a meeting during the day, the windows behind me get more light than the monitors in front of me, and my face is very dark. No longer! Even though the light is 2-3 feet from my face, the lowest setting illuminates me VERY well. It's still too bright, but I'm just looking for filters to cover it up to lower the color temperature and just relax it a bit.
