THE LAPTOP TURNED ON AND NEVER AGAIN :((

I was very happy to receive my laptop but I was a bit suspicious when I received my item because the package was already opened and the The faucet was cut holding the laptop in the box. I kept walking and just didn't think about it. THE LAPTOP WILL NOT TURN ON AT ALL. I tried for HOURS to get it to turn on. It charged but the screen was still black , so I finally decided to just have it checked by a tech and you know it's faulty, so I immediately returned this item and just bought it from Best Buy :) Thanks
