I really like this mop. It saves me a lot of time and effort and I love how easy it is to clean. However, when putting it together I found that some of the parts that the picture said should snap in and out would not screw in and out and fell apart immediately in use. I tried to reassemble it several times but I could only assemble it with tape. But for a taped mop, it works well. Update: The seller contacted me and offered to replace the handle which I thought was very professional so I gave it 5 stars. However, I hate being wasteful and the mop does the job just the way it is. So I tried to turn down the offer for a new descriptor, but couldn't think of an answer. So dear seller, if you are reading this, thank you very much, but I am fine! Would definitely buy again if it breaks later.
