This product is very durable. Both of my monitors are 24 inches. My laptop is 15 inch. I can slide my monitors apart far enough to fit my laptop screen without blocking any part of the screen. I no longer have to look at my laptop screen. One thing I found a bit disappointing is the gas spring arm compressor settings. I had a hard time setting them up properly and the instructions aren't very clear on what adjustments and what they do with this part of the setup. However, I ended up installing it where I wanted and know how to do it in case I need to move them again. So I would only consider it a minor hit, not enough to give it a lower rating. And I was able to collect it. It was a little tedious, but all the parts were there, packaged and very well marked. They even added a few spares when needed. I found this to be a very good product and am very happy with how it has freed up space on my desk as I have a small one at home.
