It's easy for customers to use as it integrates with most of their systems (Salesforce, Zendesk etc). The customer support is excellent too! We've been using this product since 2014 but we had some issues in earlier years so they were able to help us out as needed. I highly recommend them. They're very responsive and are always willing to assist you when problems arise. There wasn't much about it that was bad - just minor things like having a few more features or perhaps a little easier to navigate would be nice. Updating our ticketing system has helped solve many problems such as tickets being closed without notification.
