I decided to redecorate our living room. I'm going to repaint it and buy new mid gray furniture. So this dark gray OFM fabric armchair seemed to be just right for the new look. I was also drawn to the mid-century modern look. When it arrived I unpacked everything and started assembling it. Basically you need to assemble five parts. Four legs go from the bottom and the back inserts into a metal slot. Reading the instructions I started with the legs. Each of the wooden legs is attached to a triangular metal plate with three screws. The legs are slightly bent. Two screws are screwed in right next to the wooden leg, the third is at the rear end of the triangle and at a convenient distance. After attaching the first leg, I quickly encountered a problem. Using the included wrench is difficult to maneuver and it took some time to attach all the legs. The wrench also scratched the wood of the legs a bit. Once they were attached I turned it over and attached the back with a metal frame. It's a nice chair, but not very comfortable. The pillows are hard and the fabric is almost like cotton which I don't think will last long. I don't keep it and I don't recommend it.
