Review on 🎧 Linsoul TIN HiFi P1: Premium Planar-Diaphragm In-Ear Earphones with Detachable MMCX Cable - A Must-Have for Audiophiles and Musicians by Luciano Filpo

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great on its own, amazing with a balanced setup

TLDR: If you listen to her curve, you'll love her. Combine them with balanced gear and they will blow your mind. I have a HifiMan He4XX, Beyer Dynamic DT990Premium, Tin HiFi T2, I previously had an AKG 7XX and used a Sennheiser HD600. The TIN HiFi P1 is by far the best audio device I've owned or heard a lot. Full Rating: 1. Who they are for (type of sound they make)2. Value in itself 3. Value with other equipment1. They don't have the "funny" V bend. If you're a bassist, you'll love the tight, responsive bass, but you'll probably want more. You have a fairly flat curve. They are incredibly detailed. I can't stress enough how detailed they are. I love it. Some may find it hard. If you want to hear more detail when listening to music, I recommend buying this (or trying the T2/T2 Pro first).2. In themselves they are great. The only drawback would be the cable. While it's beautiful, I found it to be a little too sticky and snags on things easily. It's also harder to control (I had to turn the volume up a bit more than usual to get good volume), but all my devices were still able to control it (phone, laptop, iPad, desktop).3. While these things are great on their own, they're really boosted when you couple them with a balanced DAC + amp + cables. I use Grace SDAC (Massdrop), sAp-9 AMP (SMSL), some cheap XLR cables between AMP and DAC (Cable Matters) and a balanced 2.4mm cable from Yinyoo. It's essentially the foundation of a fully balanced setup, but they really bring out these IEMs.
