My daughter has been using these blades for a few years now but I only recently tried them. My first razor was an old fashioned double blade that was passed down from my father to my mother and to me. With used blades, they were too scared I would cut myself. Yes. Right. I was an endless series of cuts and cuts. It wasn't a very good picture for a young girl. I thought I was progressive - and I think I was then - when I switched to disposable razors. I've been using them for decades and felt very discerning when I switched to disposables with a small moisture strip, and even more so when the dual and triple blades came out. And I got into a rut thinking they were good enough for me. After all, it was just my legs, wasn't it? Well, fast forward to being a mom to a teenage girl and not being able to resist buying a cute pink 5 blade razor with moisturizing pads no matter the price. But I started secretly using her razor a few months ago and now I'm addicted to it. I've never shaved so closely and when I'm done my legs will be smooth and soft. I don't have to lather up first and never feel the pulling that I've felt when using disposable products. And I can walk an extra day before I have to shave again. I can't imagine how the manufacturer will improve on this design, but I look forward to hearing about it. USER TIP: When not in use, store the shaver with the moisturizing pads UP. If you leave them, they can stick to the surface and break off prematurely.
