This machine is ridiculous. We lost so much money because of broken K-cups. Even if you close it very gently, the aluminum top K-cups blow and the machine spews hot water and coffee grounds everywhere (from the top of the machine, where it closes, and down the spout). You've got a mess of hot water and coffee grounds to clean up, a wasted K cup and a retry so you're usually late trying to brew a cup on the go. If it works as advertised, be prepared for the brew to be noisy and last a few minutes (which sounds petty to complain about, but if you've used Keurig or similar and are used to 1-2 minute brews , be a little disappointed). .
