This crib is perfect for my 2 year old daughter and she could probably use it until she is 8 but it takes some effort to make it comfortable. Like most cribs, it's awfully uncomfortable so I bought a $9 foam pillow at Walmart and then covered it with an extra sheet and that seems to have helped! My little one was very happy when she saw this. We bought the pink one and I love that it comes in a cute pink tote bag! So easy to set up they even sent us a small pink bed sheet which was amazing. I put a foam pad and then a pink sheet and then a crib sheet. As long as we're happy! This is a better choice than a baby air mattress as those things can be overpriced! I've heard some people say that the cot will close because it has to be pulled out. I wish there was some sort of latch I could hook onto the bars to make it more stable but I've never had this in close proximity to my baby or anything but my toddler knows not to get up or jump on it , it's strictly for sleeping and sitting in the middle where it's safest. Basically we are very satisfied!
