We have a 75 lb pit mix who has an anal gland leak and some urine due to medication. I was so excited to receive them. They're cute but not efficient. His expectation was 27 so we got XL. It hugs his waist perfectly, but everything else is very baggy. If your dog has fecal incontinence, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. It's enough for a simple leak, but if he actually pooped all the way through, it would honestly be worse than if he just pooped on the floor. Another problem is that most of the time it doesn't cover its urine. I'm constantly revising and trying to adapt lol. They were definitely cheaper than the other options I looked at, but overall it didn't work for us.
