My concern is more with Janome, but my criticism is with this foot. I don't understand why Janome doesn't make a quarter inch metal leg that looks like a singer's leg. I bought it hoping it would work. Yes, but he's fat and clumsy. I inherited my mum's singer and I love this little car but I wanted something more powerful so I bought a very nice Janome HD3000. Got it at a very good discount. My only limitation is the lack of that little foot. If anyone is reading this and knows of a good replacement for my machine, this is the low stock Janome HD3000.
