Color exactly as shown. This is my second scarf. The first one was given to me a few years ago. I really liked it as it went really well with my red hair. I wanted to buy a replacement scarf as the first one broke when it ended up in my washing machine. This new scarf is very soft and silky and looks the same as the old one except a much lower quality. It had at least one hole right out of the box and some threads were pulled. In general I am satisfied, but I will never forget to turn on the washing machine.
