Not safe for small children.
I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. Smaller than expected and quite thin. The biggest problem, however, is that she almost immediately took one of the small teats and put it in her mouth. All! We had to take it away from her because we were afraid she would choke on her little egg-shaped crybabies. Parts are too small to be considered safe for children under 3 years old.
