My leather sofa is a year old. I bought it to keep the leather from tearing. Made half a sofa. It is easy to apply, dries quickly and has a wonderful shine. It seems to absorb and dry quickly and is not greasy at all. My sofa is dark brown. The color hasn't changed a bit. Just a little glitter to it. I'll have a lot to finish in the second half, although I'm not sure how much is left. The included applicator is ideal for application. On heavily stressed areas I apply a slightly thicker layer. Again, not greasy and just a light pleasant scent that dissipates. Can't comment on how well it has air conditioning as my sofa is in good condition, but it seems more flexible. Oh, and I buffed it with a microfiber cloth in minutes.
