I was excited about them when they arrived but was very disappointed. : The app gets stuck in alert mode. So once you set the threshold and the alarm goes off, that port becomes useless because every time you connect a probe to the same port, it assumes that the previous cook's threshold has been reached. .Probes are not accurate at all! I put two probes in the leg of lamb in the same spot, one 50F higher than the other. When the bottom gauge hit 200F, I checked again with an additional gauge and the meat was down to just 150F. I checked with a third probe and found my meat was at 150F. So the probes are not consistent or accurate!
