Review on 🚿 Moen 23015W White Hand Shower Package: Multi-Function & Hose Included by Louis Nakashima

We had to buy 2 so we didn't want to spend too much money. The hose looks cheap. When first installing. We hope hot water will flow through it after a while. look so awkward We bought 2. and I could give 2 very different reviews from each as far as installation goes. one ran perfectly. Just hand tightening did the trick. . it took about 10 minutes to get it working and we had to use a wrench and even with a wrench it was difficult to tighten it enough to stop the leak. It was a lot of frustration and the average person couldn't handle it. I would have thought it was so tight. And it was the first one we installed, so we were very surprised when the second one installed in 3 minutes. I'm not sure if it was defective or not. so we will contact moen and try to get a new part just in case. otherwise its functionality. does what it's supposed to. it has about 5 features that seem to work. 3 is a full shower (all holes) only with varying intensity. and 2 - only middle holes of different intensities. If you're just looking for something affordable that suits your needs, this is it. if you are looking for something more upscale with functionality and beauty. You have to pay a little more. I mean. a hose that makes it look cheap. and just be aware that if it's leaking you may have to do a little more than hand tighten it. and be ready for it.
