Revain may not like me very much as I have no problem returning an item that doesn't meet my expectations. I sent back several bags before receiving this one. It's a keeper! The leather feels soft and supple and looks valuable. It has a nice rough texture, so no one will mistake it for faux leather. AFTER a large wallet, iPad, mobile phone, double case for glasses, cosmetics, business cards, etc., there is still plenty of space. I don't "get" the little dangling thing, but it's easy to take off and not a big deal. It's a really good bag, hands down. If I had one small complaint, I wish there was room in the pocket for a pen.
