Great comforter IF you can handle the flaws

I gave it five stars because its flaws don't affect its usefulness to ME, but there are some caveats. I read a review that said the dark color blends into the cream part (definitely not white) so I added a few to the cycle and used a "volumetric" cycle to get more water into the car to get. I ended up adding a total of TWELVE color catcher sheets to the machine before it was all said and done and they all came out DARK DARK BLUE. For two double duvets, that's a lot of color. I suspect every time I wash them for a while I'll do something similar. They fluff a lot in the dryer. I had to stop the dryer twice and empty a packed, full lint trap. it was crazy More fluff than a bunch of new towels. I measured one of these after washing. It now measures 51 x 80, which is a pretty significant reduction since it should have started at 60 x 90. But that doesn't matter for my purposes - I use them as sofa covers. I love the texture of the quilts. I was trying to find a replacement for the current sofa throws we bought from Target because those throws are no longer sold and the color we have no longer matches the living room as we are remodeling. This is a pretty close replacement. They're soft, warm enough, the pattern gives them the same feel as other comforters, and they're a comfortable weight without being suffocating. The only thing I don't really like about them is that the navy blue is so dark. it looks black unless you hold it up to something black in bright light. I would prefer the navy blue to be a tone or two lighter, but they will still work.

Pros

Cons
