Through trial and error, I found that this small device lacks the power and intensity needed to effectively relieve muscle tension. The shape and size make it cumbersome for larger muscle groups and it often slips during use. The only positive is its portability, but that alone does not make up for the lack of effectiveness.Overall, I would not recommend this product..
