The colors on this scarf are the same as the picture but the weave of silk (or maybe not even silk?) is so dense that it looks like it Polysatin and holds neither tie nor cape. This is a problem as this is also a single sided pattern so you have to knit it showing only the good side. You can't just show the other side, because it's not just a different color, it's the obviously ugly side of the one-sided fabric. They make him look good and he just snakes out of the knot.
