Review on πŸ’™ 34 Inch Ultrawide Monitor with Blue Light Filter and 75Hz Refresh Rate - VIOTEK GFI34CB by Calvin Givins

From my point of view absolutely sufficient

This is a decent ad. You probably won't be calling all your family, friends and neighbors to brag about it, and a bumper sticker is definitely overkill, but for the $200 range, it's decent and at its current price, it's a steal. 2650 x 1440 offers good content density at 24 inches. I personally would not go smaller than 24 inches with this resolution. My eyes couldn't take it. Advantages: β€’ Brightness, contrast and black levels are sufficient by default and can be easily adjusted to individual preferences. β€’ Color quality is remarkably neutral. I didn't have to calibrate the colors at all. β€’ Text is sharp and clear enough. β€’ I can't find any dead pixels. β€’ It's light, thin and while not completely rimless, it suits my taste. β€’ The backlight appears even with no blurred edges. Mech: β€’ Although advertised at 75Hz, this will obviously only be over a DisplayPort connection. and no DisplayPort cable is included, only HDMI. It's like an automaker claiming their SUV is perfect for driving in the snow, but you have to pay extra for all-wheel drive and the standard tires are entry-level all-purpose tires. UPDATE: I realized after a week that it wasn't just my eyes. The bottom half of the display turned off for a moment every few hours. This was only when connected via HDMI @ 60Hz. Since I wanted to run it at 75Hz anyway, I replaced the HDMI cable with a DisplayPort cable. and haven't seen a power outage since. And at 75Hz it looks even better.
