Review on 💅 Rubis Switzerland Satin Slanted Tiffany Tweezer by Penny Lewis

I've had this brand before, it lasted 14 years. I thought I would choose the same brand but obviously from a different supplier. I've had this problem for several months now. I decided to contact the seller and tell him what was going on. I have spots that peel off on my fingers which then fall onto my face. The seller said I didn't buy from them. I sent them my Revain receipt and never got a reply from them. You should only replace the tweezers to be an honest seller.
