Proven waterproof in heavy rain and strong winds. All my paper inside is dry. Really roomy - I carry my 100 sheet 18 x 24 inch newspaper pad, 40 sheet 18 x 24 inch drawing pad and 100 sheet 9 x 12 inch drawing pad as well as individual sheets Paper and 2 pieces of thick cardboard I cut out to fit in my bag. to make it a little less flexible (it's quite stiff due to the hard plastic on the outside, but flexes a little when worn over the shoulder) and there's plenty of room to carry more. That would be 5 stars.
