To begin with, I had a hard time navigating the site and ended up spending more time than necessary searching for the items I needed. Second, it took too much time and effort to complete the purchasing process because of the numerous fields I had to fill in with irrelevant data. When I placed my purchase, I assumed it would arrive quickly. Instead, it took weeks. When the package eventually arrived, I discovered that the bathroom accessories were of low quality. They appeared to be poorly manufactured, and in fact, some of them were broken. I tried to get in touch with the support department, but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. As a whole, I did not enjoy shopping at the JFONG web store and would not suggest it to anyone. To what end do this firm's wares cater to you? Unfortunately, I found that none of JFONG's goods were useful to me. My first impression of the business was negative due to the low quality and the unhelpful customer service. I was let down by my buy and now regret doing business with them.
