I've had the TV for about 5 months now. generally works fine. The problem occurs when I use Netflix and 4K. The TV tends to freeze and takes time to thaw. I don't know the real problem; I would guess it has something to do with his internal hard drive. Freezing occurs when trying to play a show or rewind a Netflix show. It's like I messed up the TV so it freezes until it figures out what to do next. The TV works great with Youtube and other apps.
