Review on πŸ“Ί Enhance Your TV Reception with Winegard DS-2000 Universal 22-inch Tower Mount for Off-Air TV Antennas by Max Rosengren

Revainrating 5 out of 5

To say I am very happy with the result is an understatement!

I had some doubts as to whether I could effectively install an HDTV antenna in the attic with this unit. I used a Bowtie 8 element HDTV indoor/outdoor antenna - 70 mile range ($127), Winegard DS-2000 22" Universal Outdoor TV Antenna Tower Mount (1.5" mounting tube) – includes 2 U-Bolts, Installation 1" to 2" Pipes/Towers ($12.50), Channel Master CM3418 8-Port Distribution Amplifier ($38) and Channel Master CM-7777HD Adjustable Gain TV Antenna Booster ( $69 directly from Channel Master). With this setup, I can receive over 90 crystal clear channels miles from Atlanta without signal degradation or loss, even in cold weather (40 degrees or below) or heavy rain. To say that I am very happy with the result, well that would be putting it mildly! The combination of these devices completely exceeded my expectations! I managed to play over 90 channels on all my HDTVs (7). Everything is as clear as possible. Gone are the days of regretting giving up expensive cable TV and hearing family grievances. We are all very happy with the results for the price of a monthly cable TV bill.
