I like how easy it is to use! This platform has made my life so much easier since we started using them in July of this year!! They have helped us with our customer service department by being able to reach out quickly for any questions or concerns they may be having as well giving quick responses back when needed (which was often!). Our sales team are now more organized which makes things go smoother than ever before because everything gets done within minutes instead hours/days past due notices would come through if not responded straight away. We also love getting emails about special offers from other companies such as Amazon etc - perfect way to keep track all your deals at once rather then forgetting one here & there throughout different accounts you do deal's withehout knowing what others offer up too!
