Ordered 2 of these as they matched other French country furniture in the room. And out of interest, I decided to find out the assembly time of the first. In 11 minutes and 14 seconds after opening the box, the table was dust free, set up and ready to use! Such a pleasant experience! It took a bit of fiddling to line up the holes in the bottom shelf with the holes in the bottom legs, but nothing too difficult. Probably the hardest part was removing the plastic guards from the main legs, which required pliers for my elderly hands. As far as I can tell, the entire table is wood, not chipboard. Note that the difference in texture between the two sides of the bottom shelf is quite subtle, so take a moment to make sure the smoother side is facing up and enjoy your new side table!
