For removing excess chocolate from mold when making candies

I'll admit I haven't used it for drywall or other construction work. I actually used it when making filled chocolates (bon bons) after an online chocolate making course where the instructor recommended using a 10" drywall cutter to scrape excess chocolate off the candy mold and back into the chocolate shell. . So I don't know how well this works for drywall, but it works better for scraping chocolate off a chocolate mold!
