Yeah, I sweat a lot and these work
When they arrived I thought they were a little thin, not what I'm used to in sweatbands. Way more comfortable though, especially since I tend to have migraines. But despite their thinness, they do a great job with my excess POTS-induced sweating. I'm so much less embarrassed and my clothes aren't getting soaked from sweat pouring from my head. They can hold a lot of moisture.
