White Dress is “off white”
This dress is very flattering. I’m 145lbs/5ft tall so I bought a size small. Fits every curve just right! However, the dress is off white, not pure white. The collar needs to be secured with fabric tape. I will keep it, but won’t wear it with OES or sorority organizations.
