Bought 2 of these monitor stands. One was three stories, the other four stories. Both were Mydear Bamboo Monitors. Both had to be picked up. I am the maintenance manager of an apartment building with 72 apartments. That's child's play for me. In the past many items were purchased that had to be picked up, no problem. These two monitor stands were the worst ever. Bad assembly instructions. The pre-drilled holes are too big. In the middle of the assembly process, the bolts came loose and some fell on both blocks. I bought longer screws and also had to insert and poke small pieces of toothpick into the holes to take up some space in the large pre-drilled holes. To top it off, I wasn't able to finish the build due to missing parts. I had to call Revain to send another block so I could complete the project. I could just send everything back, but I had already spent a few hours on the project and needed to get it done quickly. I have used this as a display for personal use by the owners of my devices. This was the worst product I have ever purchased from Revain in all my years with them. Raven has nothing to do with it. They only sold me this item, they didn't build it. This was due to poor workmanship and poor quality control. No attention is paid to details. I've wasted more than 4 hours of my life now. yes right, time of my life. hp Thank you Revain for the 1 star review. same day I called to send a replacement unit. Thanks Revin JVM
