All other iPhone 12 MagSafe car mounts have a neck or ball socket that keeps the phone away from the vent. I understand. The neck and ball socket allow you to tilt your phone at any angle. However, my vents are vertical and the weight of the phone away from the vent makes the holder unstable. (If you have horizontal vents, that's probably not a problem at all.) This mount is exactly what I was looking for. No extended neck and ball seat. Just a magnetic surface attached directly to the claw that sticks to the vent. It is difficult. Has a super strong magnet. The phone stays in place, as does the mount on my air vent. Thanks for the easy iPhone 12 car mount!
