I like how easy it is for me as an admin/owner of my SaaS product, Neatly! It's very simple yet effective way in which our customers can stay up-to date with what their users are doing within our products every day without needing any manual intervention from us or them at all (we do have some automated reports but nothing that would require much work).
We haven't had many issues so far though we've only been using this tool since about 2 months ago now - still early days :) There isn't anything really bad either other than maybe trying out different templates if they don’t fit well enough into yours own design aesthetic?
