Shows no signs of age after repeated use. It consists of three simple parts and is made of high-quality (durable) materials. Not too heavy, not too light (weak). I'm the only user of this mug, so to clean it, I simply rinse the mug, empty the tea from the basket, and then rinse for a few seconds, tapping out the rest of the tea. The ceramic plate doubles as a basket holder and is easy to clean, usually a quick rinse. I usually brew a pot of tea, but for caffeinated tea, this mug is the perfect size. The price is very fair, at $18.99 this mug is very good value for money. I paid a lot more for another brand that was no better than this one. I really like this mug. Ergonomic, practical, great price. I will buy more of this brand and model. As far as I know, I have no benefit from writing this review. This is a great product.
